Pay Your Insurance Fine Online
Other traffic fines are paid through the Probate Court. When paying a traffic fine by mail, please include your name, citation number and/or driver's license number along with payment. Payments must be in the form of a credit card, money order, or other certified funds and made payable to Banks County Probate Court. No personal checks will be accepted.

Taxes may be mailed to or dropped off at the Courthouse Annex on 150 Hudson Ridge in the below-specified Suites. The offices are open from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.
