It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell any alcoholic beverages for consumption on a premises without first complying with the rules and regulations of Banks County.

Alcoholic beverages can not be consumed at or within the premises unless the alcoholic beverages were purchased at the place of  a licensed business for consumption on the premises. No one can sell, offer for sale, possess, or permit the consumption on the licensed premises of any type of alcoholic beverages, the sale, possession or consumption of which is not authorized as required in the alcohol ordinances of Banks County.
