Utility Encroachment Permit

There is a uniform permitting process for the construction, maintenance, renewal, removal, and relocation of pipes, mains, conduits, cables, wires, poles, and other equipment, facilities, or any utility in, on, along, over, or under any county roads in Banks County.  This process requires applying for a utility encroachment permit.
