• How can I get a fire extinguisher recharged?

  Residential fire extinguishers are typically not rechargeable unless you purchase the type that is commercially distributed. Should you have the typical multi-purpose residential extinguisher, it should be discarded after use.

• How do I get a copy of a fire investigation report?

  Fire reports issued by the Banks County Fire Department can be obtained at the administrative offices at 228 Candler Street, Homer, GA 30547.

• How do I obtain an Ambulance Transport report?

  Please call 706-677-1812.  Due to HIPPA laws, only the person transported can receive a copy of the transport report.

• How do I receive a invoice or make a payment if I was transported by Banks County Fire & EMS?

  Call 706-335-0123.  Please have your name, date of birth, as well as the date of transport.  We will place an invoice in the mail.  You may make a payment by going to www.myproviderlink.com or by mailing a check or money order to 150 Hudson Ridge Ste 1 Homer, GA 30547.

• When an emergency vehicle is approaching with lights and sirens, what should I do?
